Mr. Chanzu is a seasoned researcher with 7 years’ experience in market and social research. Throughout his career, he has gathered expansive knowledge in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies which include Knowledge, Attitude, Practice and Behavior (KAPB), Usage and brand Awareness (U&A), retail audit, market sizing and intelligence, brand trackers, concept/pack and product tests, customer and employee satisfaction, ethnography surveys and socio-political and economic studies interalia. He has executed several research studies in East, West and Southern Africa countries which include but not limited to Kenya, Mozambique, Somalia, Malawi, Zambia, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, South Africa and Ethiopia. Moreover, he has played key roles in business development and client service, capacity building of research teams, costing and budgetary control.
